They were so remarkable from the front desk to the nurses and the dentist. I am truly terrified of dentists and they were wonderful. They are very reasonable in prices as well. From the moment you walk in it is just true compassion. One dentist walked by and gave me a blanket when it was cold in the office. They really seem to know what they are doing. They have fresh warm cookies in the waiting room. I was so terrified and Dr. Joung was just wonderful. They had 3 Hygienists in the room with me because I was so terrified. I had very little pain after all the work that they did.

It was about 1990, while living in N.J., when my wife noticed I would stop breathing very frequently for extended periods of time during the night. It was then, I began looking for Drs. that could determine if I had a sleep disorder. After a few sleep studies in the hospital, it was determined that I had obstructive sleep apnea and stopped breathing every 7 mins. Evidently my body became accustomed to the lack of sleep over time because I was exhausted all the time but able to cope. At least I thought so!

I was referred to RDA by my general dentist while in extreme pain. They told me “Don’t worry, we can fix it” and I could finally relax. I was given a step by step of the process and everything was explained. I asked a lot of questions, which were all answered. The process was six months and the whole experience was amazingly pleasant. I felt I was taken care of. I received “same day” temporaries which were amazing and I was able to go back to work the next day! As a Diabetic, I had always been told that implants would not be possible and now I have six! Dr. Samani is a pleasure and helped me overcome my fears.

Your face is so important! You're eating, you're smiling and I was working so it needed to feel right!
I'm very happy with my new denture. It is so much more comfortable and secure than my old denture.
After I needed so many adjustments to my last denture, I decided to look online for a new dentist. When I called the office, I told you exactly what I was looking for and you said that you could do it for me.
I do not have your normal mouth due to gum disease so the process was lengthy, but I am so glad that I stuck with it because Dr. Samani did a great job. My advice to anyone in my situation would be to have patience, because you want your procedure done right.
I no longer worry about eating or talking. After my adjustments my mouth feels more secure, is more covered and doesn't look bulky.
I can feel that this is a much better denture. My teeth are now comfortable, look and feel good.

I highly recommend Ridgewood Dental to anyone seeking specialized dental care. Dr. Joung does beautiful work - cosmetic as well as surgical - and he is gentle and understanding. He has great patience and does all that he can to accommodate his patients - he never brushes anyone off as being "too picky", or "fussy". If you need an adjustment - he adjusts his schedule to fit you in as soon as possible. I have a set of full dentures and you would never know it - in fact - not only do the new teeth look better - my face looks better, younger; this is due to Dr. Joung's expertise and commitment to a great final result. In addition, RDA's staff is superb - whenever I had an emergency they always made room for me and were understanding and supportive. This is very important to me: so many times I have noted that a doctor might be good but his or her staff was curt or even rude. At RDA - they treat you with respect and take your concerns seriously. (They also have a great sense of humor!)

Customer service 101 tells you to 'make the customer's day'. Michelle did that for me, time and time again.
The staff is always cheerful & happy to help.
These days, good customer service is hard to come by. Michelle brings a good attitude to work every day and it shows.
