He has great patience and does all that he can to accommodate his patients - he never brushes anyone off as being "too picky", or "fussy". If you need an adjustment - he adjusts his schedule to fit you in as soon as possible. I have a set of full dentures and you would never know it - in fact - not only do the new teeth look better - my face looks better, younger; this is due to Dr. Joung's expertise and commitment to a great final result. In addition, RDA's staff is superb - whenever I had an emergency they always made room for me and were understanding and supportive. This is very important to me: so many times I have noted that a doctor might be good but his or her staff was curt or even rude. At RDA - they treat you with respect and take your concerns seriously.
